How you can help!

El Oasis at Valle Trinidad is situated in the mountains and is isolated from any major city. Mechanical or techinical items donated should be in good working order due to the difficulty in locating parts and knowlegable repair technicians.   Clothing and household goods should be clean and in good repair.

If you are interrested in a specific project, contact us and we will direct your funding to that specific item. For example if you want to fund education, we can supply you with the information on our children and what grades they currently attend. Or you may want to help with the educational endowment project. Or you may want to fund food or utilities. If you have technical or mechanical experience and would like to either organize a work group to visit the site for a work weekend, we will help arrange it.

We are trying to purchase in Mexico as many items as we can for El Oasis as the Mexican govenment prefers that we support their economy. They discourage us from taking items into Mexico that we can purchase there, unless they are donated directly from the manuracturer or distributor.
